Tim arranged everything from start to finish, from collection at the airport to accommodation and all our guided tours throughout Ireland. Fantastic time, highly recommended.

I came over to Northern Ireland from China, to ride in the Irish Superbike Championships. My Irish friend, David Deveny, and I decided we wanted to travel around the coast of Ireland to take in the scenery and culture. We hired 2 x Honda XL700s from Belfast Motorcycle Rentals to complete our journey. These machines were absolutely perfect for our coastal trip, and were a pleasure to ride.
We were well looked after by Tim at Belfast Motorcycle Rentals, and all arrangements could not have been better.

After a break of 10 years I have recently come back to motorcycling and was looking for a way to tryout different bikes, not just for the normal 30 minutes rest ride but for a full day. I found Tim’s website and within a day was sorted with his CB500X, the perfect bike to get me back on the road. From talking to Tim on the phone and when I met him, I got the impression he could not have done too much to get me sorted out, he takes a very flexible and accommodating approach to renting out his bikes. That said there was no need for it as everything went perfectly and I had a brilliant day touring round County Down. I look forward to renting from him again.

If you’re looking for a convenient, efficient way to get your leg over a great bike and see the Irish countryside, this is the way to do it. Only 20 minutes from either Belfast airport and located in the heart of the countryside, you can avoid setting out on a strange bike and into city traffic. Just settle in and get the feel for it on an empty country road first. The bikes are great. The big Africa Twin gives you a high riding position which allows you to see over traffic, walls and hedges and enjoy more of the great scenery. From centrally-located Moira, you can head off in any direction and get to the great coastal, mountain or lakeland scenery in a hurry. Tim and the crew know the routes intimately and can help plan your trip to maximise your enjoyment. Even better than a self-guided tour, take a Tim-guided tour where you will discover back roads and laneways, hidden gems, remote historic sites and the best twisties . Riding behind someone who knows the road well means you can relax and enjoy the road without the worry of being surprised by a tightening-radius blind corner or other sudden road hazards. So, book a bike, book a flight and arrive dressed in your riding gear with an overnight bag and you’re ready for a great Ulster adventure. You’ll be back for more .
